Hey I used to feel like that every day of my life just like you are would you like to feel proud of your body instead of wanting to hide it would you like to feel youthful again, and healthier rather than remain overweight and feeling down. I thought you would be interested to know that I have had a weight problem all my life in my younger years I was actually 17st 3 lbs. (109.2kg) a fact that I feel ashamed to admit to cut a very long story short, I joined weight loss clubs, dieted and lost 2-3 st, only to pile the pounds back on again as soon as I stopped dieting. I was at my lowest point I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it.
